Policies
Returns/exchanges – At Snuzzi we do our best to make stellar products for you to enjoy. We will accept returns on all unwashed/unworn items within 14 days of purchase by original buyers only. You will receive a full refund minus shipping charges unless there is a product defect. If there is a product defect, we will reimburse all shipping fees. In order to return an item we please request that you first contact us via e-mail. All sales are final on any items sold as "seconds". Seconds are marked by a black line through our company label.
Warranty – All products are guaranteed from defects for 3 months from the date of purchase. This applies to original owners only. We reserve the right to repair or replace the item before issuing a refund. Snuzzi’s warranty is void if items are not cared for as recommended by Snuzzi. Items sold as seconds are not under warranty.
Shipping – All products will be shipped out within 2 business days of purchase or completion of custom work. We ship all items through USPS. Snuzzi is not responsible for packages once shipped therefore we suggest buyers purchase insurance.
Payment – At this time Snuzzi accepts payments only through PayPal, unless previous arrangements have been made. PayPal payments must be received the same day of purchase. If payment is not received as stated all items will be re-stocked.
Custom Orders - Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on a custom order. All custom order sales are final. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the completion of custom work unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
